24.01.2022 I am doing my first ever stadium stomp at MCG on 12th June. We are doing entry level challenge, which requires to run up and down the stairs of MCG stadium (1900 stairs) Today is my first day of stairs training. Aim was to do 500. I felt a surge in energy and ended up doing more.... Having a goal helps structure the workout. Find a goal and train towards it.

At the wake of COVID pandemic, I decided to run free fitness sessions for 2 months in March and April.... It doesn't matter if you are on a calorie deficit or a calorie surplus, what's important is the source of your calories. Always aim to hit your daily calorie goals by getting nutrition from whole foods.

Hammer Jammer At the end of every round add one workout between the 4 circuit exercises Round 1 - warm up round - 15 reps each Round 2 - 20 ab crunches after 15 reps of each circuit workout Round 3 - 20 abs & 350 meter run after 15 reps of each circuit workout Stay tuned.
