Joe Mungovan, Glenn Whitehall, The Water Runners, Penny Eastlake and Emma Davison will join you, hosted by DaniElle DeLaite live from Yves in a collaboration with Kiama NSW Australia Destination Kiama and Jum Media. 13.01.2022 This weekend Brendon Comber from R and R Production Services in Kiama, is working with Destination Kiama, Jum Media and multiple artists to host an event with l...ive music at the The Sebel Harbourside Kiama. Sea Tunes came about because Brendon was bored and wanted something to do. A lot of the guys playing this weekend played on Australia Day for us. Unfortunately no one is getting paid. Everybody is donating time, equipment and resources, even the Sebel, he said. Doing something like this may cast some light on the fact that people in this industry are struggling, and are definitely affected at this time. Although there will be no live audience, video streaming company Jum Media from Dapto are streaming the event. In total there are five bands. It will be one band in and another band out. Well be socially distancing too," said Brendon. The live-streamed performance starts at 4pm finishing at 7pm. You can tune in on Facebook multi-stream available via Destination Kiama, Kiama NSW, RnR Production Services and all the artists Facebook pages. Bands include Glen Whitehall, Joe Mungovan, Emma Davison, The Water Runners and Penny Hartgerink.

11.01.2022 This weekend just gone we colaborated with Kiama Municipal Council to create a display for Suicide Awareness. Our local group Gezza Cares has been adorning the town in Yellow Ribbons, so we used a combination of projection mapping and lighting to create a display and raise awareness

We were having a coffee with James from Jum Media and he thought it was pretty mad, and said hed give us some cameras. We needed more friends, So we called Karen at Destination Kiama, and she agreed, so she called Samuel Hall Custom Graphics and he agreed also, and made us this poster. We needed somewhere to host th...is shindig, so we called Yves at The Sebel Harbourside Kiama and they said sick! Have it here. So on Sunday, at 4pm, a bunch of local musos who we will announce tomorrow will play music, for you guys, live, to a whole bunch of facebook pages, with a whole lot of gear, and no audience. Because thats 2020. Challenges. But what do we do with challenges? We rise to them. We arent asking for anything, just that you enjoy what we have for you on Sunday. Watch this space See more

02.01.2022 Two weekends ago a bunch of locals came together in support of the music industry. Everyone in this industry is currently unable to practice their craft as a result of restrictions imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Whilst the economy slowly returns to normal, there is currently no stance regarding when events and live music can return. These are the pictures of Seatunes - Stream by the sea, an initiative put together by Kiama NSW Australia, Jum Media and R and R Productio...n Services. These brilliant musicians gave their time Penny Eastlake, Emma Davison of Kiama High School, Joe Mungovan, The Water Runners and Glenn Whitehall, hosted by the incredible DaniElle DeLaite. We created a Television studio in front of the old Kiama school building at The Sebel Harbourside Kiama and for 3 hours, our chosen local artists did what they do best, and played for their listeners. The difference was, the listeners werent there, in the traditional sense. They watched it from the comfort of their homes. In fact, at present, nearly 8000 people have watched it from their computers or phones. We cant wait to back out there, and have an audience for what we do, but until then, we will continue to do whatever we can to ensure we keep pushing local music to the people. We would like to thank Destination Kiama , for their on going support during this time and Kiama Farmers Market for the use of their generator. Its a difficult time for the world, and our industry is suffering, but to be able to get out and do something positive brings us a bit of joy!
