25.01.2022 "Extension factory" House renovation we just completed in cheltenham, works consist of strip and demo old plaster, re straighten walls, laser batten ceilings, hang, stop square set no cormice ect.

24.01.2022 Small patch sunbury where apprentice plumber went through the roof. We ended up cutting a small section of plaster out and screwing in a couple of timber back blocks added a new piece of plaster and troweled it up ready for paint

24.01.2022 This is a new double story 630sqm home we just completed in sunbury works consist of laser batten all ceilings with square set finish, wr plaster to all wet areas and 13mm to party walls. 3 coats Box trowled all walls and ceiling Owners are very happy with the end result.

23.01.2022 Another local garage ceiling we just completed we installed rondo battens on adjustable A clips and timber around perimeter sanded ready for paint. Also a small job in Taylor's Lakes where we plasterd a dividing wall to make a small bedroom, sanded ready to paint.

23.01.2022 On this job we removed the kitchen and games room ceiling and 55 cove cornice, Due to the ceiling trusses dropping. We installed new 16mm rondo laser battens on adjustable a clips, we also installed new insulation followed by fresh plaster with square set finish. We also applied a fresh coat of flat ceiling white to finish it off.

23.01.2022 Here is another local ceiling that has partially collapsed due to bad workman ship, we ended up removing all the old plaster and installing new metal rondo battens on adjustable laser clips followed by new plaster and timber trim around the outside all sanded ready for owner to paint.

22.01.2022 Kyneton reno On this little extension project we installed 16mm rondo battens to new kitchen area and bedroom, followed by new plaster with square set finish,also set up exys with laser on 3m high bulk head in main living area. We also did various patches and repairs to bedroom and hallway area including some cove cornice. Another very happy client

21.01.2022 Here is a house we completed this week for a local family, approximately 930sqm of plaster, laser battens to ceiling at 450centres on adjustable A clips, lots of reveals and exys, 13mm to party wall, wr plaster to wet areas, cut folds to back of cupboards, with square set finish to ceiling came up a treat. Clients couldn't be more happier.

20.01.2022 Small reno sunbury we just completed where we built and sheeted a bulkhead in master bedroom, also re sheeted the bathroom ceiling and numerous patches and cornice repairs through house. We also battend insulated and sheeted the garage ceiling.

19.01.2022 Here is a small kitchen reno we just completed in sunbury, works consist of removal of timber paneling and new plaster to fridge space, repair dents /cracks and new 55 cove cornice to over head cupboards, we also re painted the ceiling and changed the wall colour, and finally finished timber work off with a enamel semi gloss white

19.01.2022 This is a small job we just completed where we turned a old school curved archway into a modern squared arch way. We removed the curved arch way and re straighten the externals. Added 2 new head pieces perfectly level and patched up the sides. Fresh coat of colour matched paint on walls.

17.01.2022 Small local job where the owners had a small bee problem. We came in removed the timber arcs and cut out a few small patches to help remove the honey and bees. We removed approximately 20 kg of honey comb.We then patched up the holes and finished it off ready to paint.

17.01.2022 Another local garage ceiling we just replaced due to poor workmanship. We removed existing plaster and installed new timber noggins followed by rondo battens on adjustable laser clips. We then removed both roller doors and sheeted ceiling in 10mm unispan plaster followed by 90x45 treated pine timber around the perimeter. Then we Sanded, painted and also installed and serviced both roller doors.

17.01.2022 Couple of Small jobs we just completed small alfresco ceiling/walls and also a little wall we plasterd up around a gas heater

15.01.2022 Local garage ceiling we replaced due to bad workmanship, we had to laser batten on adjustable A clips with 16mm rondo battens. Followed by fresh plaster and a coat of paint.

14.01.2022 Small ceiling patch we fixed, as another trade has had a go at it and you can see from the painted result owners were not happy with the end product. We came out and scrapped it out re troweld it ready for it to be re painted, also did some kitchen cupboard overheads with 55mm cove cornice

14.01.2022 Small job we just completed, due to a water leak that has caused the bathroom ceiling to collapse. We installed new 16mm battens at 450 centres followed by new plaster and 55 ll cove cornice as per pics.

13.01.2022 Another local job we just completed. Works consist of new paint to ceiling space and walls, we also cleared the oregon beams and pine line panels in lounge area with cabots cobothane polyurethane clear varnish

12.01.2022 Distinctive options sunbury This was once a old plaster ceiling with a suspended grid ceiling in the middle, it had been destroyed by possums and water damage so we pulled it down and reframed it and replaced with a new tile and grid ceiling, we also patched and added expansion joins to walls followed by a fresh coat of paint. Last job before Christmas.

12.01.2022 Due to severe winds last week this customer lost a few sheets of there pergola roof. We ended up removing all the timber as it was deteriorated normal pine not treated we replaced it with metal top hat followed by new laserlight and flashing on each end.

12.01.2022 Here's a 90mm round post and rail fence with 7 wire mesh in the middle, it's approximately 180lnm long we just completed this in diggers rest, we also made and installed a new custom 40x40 rhs gate to owners design and colour.

12.01.2022 Bridge hotel werribe This is a small ceiling to the entrance of the bridge hotel werribe, that has just been completed for WHP construction it has been battend with 28mm furing channel and the suspended on adjustable clips, and then lined in cement sheet with a 10mm express join.

12.01.2022 On this reno we removed the existing ceiling rose, we then noggin out ceiling and re installelld rose center to our previous works on fireplace tv wall, also installed 90mm cove cornice and new plaster to laundry bulkheads. Fancy Cornice to come at a later date.

10.01.2022 This is a job we have been working on for the last few months in sunbury. We converted this garden shed into a mancave/bar. Our works consisted of laser batten all walls and ceilings with 16mm rondo battens. Followed by insulation and new plaster to walls and ceilings. We also built the bar and desk at each end to support the weight of the ceiling We also built and plasterd columns and nesh around Steele work ready for the owner to paint. We cut out and installed this alloy door followed by flashings to protect it from the weather. Once owner had painted we came back and installed all bench tops 100x50 white tile splash back above sink, black stack stone to front of bar followed by new floors and shelfs owner couldn't be more happier. All works completed by us but electrical.

10.01.2022 Small job in Sherwood Estate Sunbury . Majority of the roof trusses had sagged in the kitchen. We ended up removing the old cornice and proping up the trusses with wedges and laser leveling it straight. Followed by new cornice ready for paint

09.01.2022 IGA Plumpton A little job we completed for whpc, where were lined the ceiling in a timber venetian style feature panel, each piece was individual fixed to the laser battend free hanging ceiling, with small black screws, in between each fin.

09.01.2022 Cut out damaged plaster due to leak in pipes from up stairs toilet. Repatched and painted ceiling as per pics.

09.01.2022 Reliance Real Estate Sunbury. Cut out 3.6x2.4 meters of water damaged plaster. Sheeted with unispan ceiling plaster and also added a few more nogs to strengthen the sheets up. Repainted ceiling in flat white as per pics.

09.01.2022 On this project we built a 90x45 timber frame inbetween the two pergola post, one side sheeted with classic cream alucobond other with water resistant plaster. Designed to keep the afternoon sun out of the master bedroom. We also caulked the bottom of frame and waterproofed to keep the moister out, also installed timber skirts and quad around the roof beams. Another happy local client

09.01.2022 On this project we cut out 1350mm of plaster just above the timber noggin so the owner could install insulation on all external walls of there home and also install wall mounted hydronic heating, as it was never done when home was built. We then came back and re sheeted walls stopt up ready for owner to paint.

08.01.2022 Kitchen reno sunbury

08.01.2022 On this job we removed the out dated archway and built a timber stud wall in its place, followed by fresh plaster to both sides. We also level 5 finished the bottom half of the walls as it previously had timber lining.

07.01.2022 Extension Factory stage 2 On this project we laser batten over existing fibres. Plastered the ceiling to get it perfectly straight with 16mm rondo battens. We then re sheeted all new walls and ceilings with the new addition of square set instead of cornice. Re sheeted the robes and added 75mm cove cornice as per pics.

07.01.2022 Small master bedroom and w/r we just completed in macendon, works consisted of stopping up all fresh plaster and new 55mm cove cornice, few patches ect.

07.01.2022 Another job we have completed works consist of removing the old entrance veneer panel wall re framing up a new 64mm metal stud wall in its place, we also removed this 70s out dated arch and opend up the width by another 90mm we also had to install a new timber frame to the head of the arch way followed by fresh plaster ready for paint.

07.01.2022 Here is a set of front gates we just made up for Keleigh horse stud, the outer frames made from 10050 rhs and the middle made up of 50x50rhs, ring 75x5 flat bar. Front fence has been made from redgum recycled sleepers. Paint to come after lockdown.

06.01.2022 Bathroom reno On this project we removed the old floor tiles/ splash back, shaver cabinet and vanity. We then water proofed floor and re plasterd over old shaving cabinet also installed a new vanity, bench top, sink and mixer tap. Next process was to install new porcelain tiles 600x300 brick layed and finish it off with some slate grey grout. Final works consisted of installing kick panels to cupboards and reinstalling washing machine in the cavity under bench top

06.01.2022 Eppalock caravan park cabin This is a small 2 bed 1 bath 1toilet 2 living area cabin on Lake eppalock we just completed. The owner had it built of site and trucked to the lake where we finished of all the stopping and sanding ready for paint

05.01.2022 Past works Local alfresco that we installed 90mm cove cornice and repaired all ceiling joints as they had cracked due to previous bad workmanship. Pool area/alfresco we finished of that another company had started and left unfinished works consist of window reveals and bulkhead works.

05.01.2022 Pic 1 this is not my work also BEWARE this is not how you replace a garage ceiling or do any ceiling works. Garage ceiling we just pulled down. We installed numerous noggins and laser battens on adjuatable clips. New plaster supplied in 6m sheets no but joins required we also installed timber bead around perimeter. Sanded and painted another happy customer.

05.01.2022 A little job we worked on this week, for Leading Real Estate. This was once a fish pond that had been converted into a garden bed. It was stagnant water and full of mud. We had to pump out all of the water and give it a clean out. We then filled with crushed rock and then concreted over the top to create a dry garden bed. Finally finished off by filling it with river pebbles and it come up a treat!

04.01.2022 Williamstown here are some over head cupboards that we installed some ornamental cornice on to finish the clients kitchen. Altona small a/c patch and some shelfs we installed for this young fella to store his toys on.

03.01.2022 This job was due to unfortunate events. The customers ceiling collapsed on Saturday evening onto their new cars due to poor workmanship. Luke reinforced the ceiling by adding over 50+ timber noggs and added new metal 16mm battens, 450mm apart. Plastered the ceiling, patched all walls and painted as per pics. Ceiling is still wet in pics Another happy customer!

03.01.2022 This job we just completed was for a local client. We built a green house using 90x90 post,150x45 end and joist and 90x45 rails. We sheeted walls and roof using sunlite sheeting and aluminium channel system also custom made sliding doors we finished it off with classic cream flashings. Small patch and paint we did for a local after they fell through there wall

02.01.2022 Garage ceiling in romsey that we have just finished works consist of hang stop and 75mm cornice.

02.01.2022 Local Pool room/ man cave we just completed, on this job we coverd up all the old brick walls with direct stick 13mm plaster, we also battend the fire place wall with 16mm rondo metal battens on adjustable bedifix clips and lined with 13mm fire rate plaster. We then set up plaster reveals with laser in both archways and windows direct stick to bricks. All this followed by fancy 90mm New York cornice installed straight over the top of the 55mm cove cornice sanded ready for paint.

02.01.2022 This is a ittle bathroom we just completed, where we had to grind and cut the old grout and silicon out of the shower base and walls as it had partially deteriorated in spots. We then replaced it with new grout and silicon to match the existing colour

02.01.2022 Heres a garage ceiling we just removed due to waterdamage, we installed new metal rondo battens on adjustable laser clips followed by new plaster and timber around the outside, also installed a new data cabinet.

02.01.2022 On this job 2 walls were kicked in and vandalised, we ended up cutting the remainder of sheets out and replacing with new, followed by a fresh coat of paint.

01.01.2022 Bathroom reno Sunbury. Works consisted of full demo, we then re-framed the ceiling to make it straight for square set plaster. Also built a neich in shower and a box around the hot water service. After frame stage we then added new plaster to walls and ceilings. This included water resistant to wet areas and square set finish to ceiling. We then water proofed shower area and put a fresh coat of Dulux professional paint on all fresh plaster. Our next process was to re tile walls with a 200x200 gloss white tile. We also added a feature tile to neich and vanity splash back. We then applied grout to all fresh tiles, finally finished with fitting off all plumbing and accesories including vanity and shower screen ect. Refer to pics.
