06.01.2022 Suffer from bloating or left feeling uncomfortable after meals? This is a sign of poor gut health. Try increasing your intake of pre biotic foods. Pre biotics are a type of plant fibre that feed the good bacteria living inside your large intestine. 05.01.2022 Interesting watch.. do you think that a tax on sugar would help us eradicate our obesity problems? Unfortunately were responsible for what we put in our mouth.. but were also influenced by miss informed advertising and information on what is really good for us. If you want clear evidence on this have a look at any breakfast cereal (eg nutrigrain), look at the sugar content and then the health star rating.. how do you get a 4 star health rating on a product that contains 3...2g of sugar per 100g of cereal? Wouldnt that confuse anyone who has little to no nutritional knowledge? Yes we do have a responsibility to what we eat, but you cant have miss informed information fueling the health issues in regards to sugar. So would a tax work? Or would stronger laws on advertising and corruption be a better way to solve this issue? Please like and share this to spread the awareness of the risks of sugar!
