22.01.2022 Often we aren't always used to kindness from strangers as we can all be guilty of becoming too busy, being busy with our own lives too pay much attention to anyone else. Last week during lunch service we witnessed something unexpected, a lovely couple overheard a group of war veterans talking about war. The couple left upon finishing their meals, a few minutes later they unexpectedly returned and insisted on paying for the table of ... veterans but advised us not to say anything until they had left. When notified, the veterans were blown away by this kind act of generosity. We were inspired by such a selfless and kind act and wanted to share this story to pay our respects to all the brave troops who put their safety aside and have traveled and fought far and wide for the safety and freedom of others. #ADF #DOD

05.01.2022 Who loves Char kway teow!? For those unfamiliar this beautiful noodle dish is considered a national favourite in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia. Our variation of the dish uses fresh bean sprouts shredded chicken, fish cake, prawns and eggs cooked with a lightly sweet, charred taste brought by cooking on just the right the right temperature.... A vegetable variation with tofu can also be requested.
