We have re glazed and replaced the cord in the sashes of theses windows allowing them to slide up and down with ease and last many more years to come! Gabel ends were originally straight but during demolition found a bell cast gable end which was brought back to original beauty | Amazing!

16.01.2022 Check out this beauty! An incredible 34 years old... and in need of some much needed love and repair! Unfortunately due to age the pool had sunken 15mm at one end. The position of the pool has now been brought back to level and is currently being re paved and tiled before completion. Stay tuned to see the finished product! ... 16.01.2022 Over the last few weeks Rathbone Builders have been renovating this 45 year old brick veneer home. Interior brick walls have been demolished to make it a more open, modern living space! New plaster has recently been installed and it’s now ready to be fitted out with a brand new kitchen! Stay tuned to see the change this makes!

10.01.2022 Tiling Stage and Kitchen Installation! Check out the Herringbone patten! Love this! All bathrooms were tiled from floor to ceiling and all showers had a beautiful niche. ... **(I’m a little behind in posting so this was completed a while back) This renovation is now complete and has been handed over to its beautiful owners to enjoy! Following this post I will continue with the remaining photos of the completed home!!

09.01.2022 WATCH THIS SPACE The team has recently began working on this newly erected shed. This has been permitted to be transformed into a home which we are currently framing out inside. Aluminium doors and windows have been fitted this week in line with the energy rating of the build.
