The workshop is a brilliant start to the year to extend your yoga practice and re-focus for 2021. Come each morning from 9.30am-12.30pm or just the days when you can. $230 for the week (4-8 January) or $46 per morning.... 13.01.2022 After a short term break between 21-30 June we're very excited to announce we'll be offering STUDIO CLASSES AGAIN from 1 JULY! And for those who would like to maintain their yoga practice from a distance, there will be two Zoom-only classes on Monday evenings and Friday mornings. We'll also be trialing Zoom alongside all scheduled studio classes To keep all yogis safe in the studio we'll be following DHHS regulations for safe distancing. ... Please note studio class numbers will be limited to 10 yogis; studio classes must be pre-booked via text message to Frank on 0413 265 814; yogis will be required to bring their own yoga props such as mat, belt, blocks, shoulder stand pad, eye pillow and towel - with name labels; if even slightly unwell, yogis should exercise caution and participate via Zoom, please don’t attend the studio classes BULK PROPS ORDER: if you require additional props please advise Frank on 0413 265 814 during the term break; bulk orders means good pricing! Orders should be available from early July. Pricing Studio singles: $24/$21 (concession) 10 class studio pass: $220/$190 (concession) Zoom singles: $15 Private classes will continue by appointment: in the studio, 45 minutes, $70; or via Zoom, 1 hour, $60. For those #yogis who are interstate, international or who can’t make it in person for whatever reason, classes will continue to be available via Zoom. Zoom class ID/passcodes will remain the same.... Studio classes are limited to nine students and must be pre-booked. Please bring your own yoga props, such as mat, belt, block etc. Students must also wear a facemask. All studio and Zoom classes are $10. One-on-one private yoga sessions are still available by appointment either via Zoom or in the studio Mondays to Thursdays, or Saturdays. $60 for one hour.
