I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Raw & Co Hair Cancellation Policy: ... Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a 30% cancellation fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same 30% cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. A no-show is when you miss an appointment without cancelling. In this case, it will result in a 50% No-Show fee. I will require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file

We ask that any clients feeling unwell, please cancel /reschedule your appointment. There are some face masks available, if you wish to have a face mask please let your stylist know. Please take a seat in the waiting area. Temperature checks will be taken before service. You will be asked to wash your hands or to use hand sanitiser before we get you ready for your hair service. We have ALWAYS prided ourselves on holding the highest health and hygiene standards within our studio to protect both our clients and staff. This is why we have high health and hygiene regulations at the moment. Every chair and station is properly disinfected after every client. Us as stylist will be using face masks and gloves for our own health when needed. We have allowed over a 1.5 metre space between each client. We also ask that you attend your appointment alone.
