24.01.2022 Naidoc week kicked off on Sunday, with this year's theme pulling at the heartstrings of many local communities. Naidoc week is celebrated not only in Indigenous communities, but by Australians from all walks of life. The Naidoc theme this year is 'Voice. Treaty. Truth. Let's work together for a shared future'.... These were the three key elements to the reforms set out in the Uluru Statement from the Heart, that represent the unified position of First Nations Australians. RBY is proud to be a community involved in Naidoc week that respects and celebrates our diversity. Happy Friday RBY!

23.01.2022 Introducing the newest addition to the RBY fleet! Thank you Western Star Trucks Australia & Haulmark Trailers for providing top of the line services to our company.

22.01.2022 Heres a little throwback Thursday for all of the supporters that have been with RBY since we commenced our journey. This sticker was put up in the Rolleston Hotel at the beginning of RBY, nine years ago. This place was home for RBY in the early years and this sticker represents an important time for RBY. Our first ever works under RBY started in Rolleston while we worked with Origin Energy.

22.01.2022 With Christmas 2019 almost upon us, make sure to send your greetings to the people you love and care for. RBY will be sending our best wishes to the people who have been affected by the horrible bush fires occurring around Australia, we hope that they make a massive recovery and still get to enjoy a lovely Christmas with their loved ones.

22.01.2022 We would like to advise everyone that the RBY office will have minimal staffing from Monday the 23rd of December 2019 until Friday the 3rd of January 2020. From all the staff here at RBY, we wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

21.01.2022 A big thanks to our road maintenance crews for sending through this great shot of one of the side tippers in action! We love seeing the machines at work in the field!

19.01.2022 And thats a wrap! Over the past week our Managing Director (Derek) and Office Manager (Josie) and two furry friends (Archie and Moopi) set out on a road trip to visit the crews at Chinchilla and Woleebee. The days were long and the nights bloody cold but it was great to see what the guys get up to on a daily basis. Couldnt have asked for a better ending, RBY families getting together to see the mighty maroons take out the first game of the state of origin!

17.01.2022 We're feeling a little bit sentimental at RBY today. This week we say goodbye to our first ever Site Office; SO001 aka 'The Wan'. This little gem was rescued from a railway paddock and our clever guys turned it into RBY's first ever mobile office. This van has definitely clocked up a few KM's over the years and we hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as our guys did!

16.01.2022 Health & Safety is our number one priority at RBY. We recognise employees excelling in this area with our Health and Safety Awards. This month we celebrate Justine who is an important part of our operations, working on Shell's QGC business Road Maintenance Project as a Roller Operator. Justines efforts to ensure a happy and safe working environment have been commended on multiple occasions by both RBY and QGC staff. Justine goes above and beyond with her Assist & Assure cul...ture and encourages others around her to do the same. Justine is safety conscious at all times and proactive with Step 7s, Hazobs, JMP and other safety policies and processes. It has been noted that Justines bright personality helps others around her to come out of their shell and participate in the team environment. Thank you to Justine for representing RBY well and keep up the great work. See more

16.01.2022 Happy Hump day RBY! Say hello to our Fury Female Friends Moopi (on the left) and Zala (On the right)! Our fury friends here provide social and emotional support for employees during the day, helping to boost morale and foster collaboration. Those who may not otherwise speak to one another much during the day or work together have the opportunity to interact and develop synergies while connecting over cute and cuddly in-office dogs.

16.01.2022 RBY is a proud sponsor of the Souths Inala Warriors who are playing in the Seniors 2019 Grand Final this Saturday at Bishop Park. We wish all grand finalists the best of luck in their game on Saturday. Remember to play the game with pride for your club and community, play for your teammates, play with respect for opponents and umpires, but most of all enjoy the game. It is at this time that we should all reflect on how Souths made it through to the end of season by thanking the hard-working volunteers, club committees, coaches, team managers, sponsors and umpires who without their passionate commitment the team would not have been able to play. Souths Inala

15.01.2022 We would like to introduce one of our newest members to the RBY family Jade Andrews. Jade works as our Payroll & Accounts officer and is based in our main office located in Brisbane. Below is our employee questionnaire that we had Jade answer for us.

Mark aka Possum is working on our Civil Maintenance Projects with Origin Energy and is the recipient of this months Health & Safety Award. RBY would like to thank Mark for his positive attitude toward general safety culture. We acknowledge that some tasks in the industry can become mundane and its easy to forget... the importance of small safety related tasks such as Journey Management Planning.
