23.01.2022 International shipping update. I'm answering 20-30 emails every day about this and the answer is I simply don't know. Because Australia's border is closed there are limited flights leaving the country, as such there are parcels we posted in mid March that haven't even left Australia yet. Even when the borders reopen I wont be shipping internationally until the backlog is cleared. I would rather have no sales at all than 1 unhappy customer...

18.01.2022 We are starting to get deliveries through to US destinations now, I was advised of 12 this morning alone. Unfortunately those were shipped in late March/Early April. We have approximately 200 orders not delivered yet - and that is just the USA ones sent before we stopped accepting orders mid April. Some European orders are starting to flow now as well, especially UK and France, but Canada is still a major issue as they have stopped accepting shipments now, which means they ar...e stuck in Australia until they clear the backlog over there. We have some Canadian orders sent in Mid March that are still in Australia which is a terrible situation especially since they cant be recalled now they're in the Aus Post system. Anyway thank-you to the 99.9% of customers that have been so understanding about this difficult situation. Joe D

05.01.2022 Looks like we will be able to resume international shipping at start of July, at least for US and most European destinations anyhow. Canada is still not accepting shipments but hopefully that will have changed by then too. Ive opened up the checkout to accept New Zealand orders now as some of you kiwi's noticed over the weekend :-)... 05.01.2022 Looks like our state is going into full lock down for the next 6 days which is due to end next Wednesday 25th, all going to plan. Orders taken during the shutdown will be processed on a first come first served basis when we reopen. I strongly suggest international buyers use the DHL shipping option for all orders this side of Christmas.
