My name is Elke Dwiar and I have been specializing in pain relief, rehabilitating injuries and sports massage for 28 years,whilst providing my clients with a calm mind, for them to reach a much needed serenity, so they can relax, live the moment and eventually re-connect with their body,mind,soul and spirit.... I am currently still massaging always keeping up to date with the newest updates and recommendations by the Australian Goverment Department of Health. I also have just completed an infection control training to make sure I am doing everything possible to keep you all safe .... 21.01.2022 Tibetian singing bowls have many amazing healing and transformative properties. They promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, improve circulation and blood flow, aid the immune system, chakra balancing and they help you 'Get in the Zone'. I use my singing bowl at the end of each treatment... as I strongly believe it enhances and suppprts the benefits of masssge by promoting deep relaxation. As you hear the wonderful tone,you will become more aware of your breathing and feel more relaxed.The calming sound along with your breathing can help to release tension and promote a wonderful sense of calm & relaxation. The resonance of the singing bowl synchronizes brain waves which induces a deep meditative and peaceful state that will reduce stress & anxiety. 08.01.2022 I am so happy to let you know that I am re-opening on Monday the 4th of May. Please know strict infection control measures will be in place for each one of you and guidelines by the Australian Department of Health are implemented and will be followed. I will discuss these guidelines with you all individually when you book in.... Reiki is a form of energy healing that encourages emotional and physical healing.... I am so happy and thankful that I've had an increasingly number of beautiful clients, who felt a positiv shift in their emotional well-being as well as their physical one after their treatments. So I am very excited to use this current unbalancing worldwide situation to learn more about the fascinating field of energy healing. Stay safe and please be responsible .
