If your nbn box has a blue light and you have no connection after turning the service off and on, your service will be affected by this outage. 23.01.2022 There is currently a nationwide nbn outage on Satellite services. Update 10:23AM: The NBN outage is still currently in affect however we are seeing some services come back online. 03.01.2022 There is an nbn outage affecting the nbn Sky Muster Satellite network. Reachnet is working with the nbn to identify issue. We will post more information when we receive more updates from the nbn. Update #4: We are seeing some services come back online however nbn is still working on restoring full service to all affected customers. Unfortunately, nbn are unable to provide an updated estimated time to resolution as of yet due to the complexity of the antenna realignment. howe...ver, it is estimated that once the recentering is fully complete, it will take 30 - 60 minutes for services to start progressively restoring nbn apologises for this inconvenience and is working hard to get all services restored ASAP Update #3: There is an article in IT News detailing the 'Natural Radiation Event' which is said to be the cause of the ongoing outage - see here: https://www.itnews.com.au//natural-radiation-event-knocks- Update #2 - nbn Network Engineers have advised that there was a 31 degree roll on the satellite spacecraft switching traffic to a backup computer which has caused traffic to become muted. 02.01.2022 There is currently an nbn maintenance/outage on satellite services. Works are required to replace damaged equipment at the Geeveston gateway on the antenna servicing satellite 1B.
