We recently found old broken clay pipes have been leaking water out into the soil and has been causing various issues with movement for the building and the soil undermining the slab. 20.01.2022 Do you want to save money on your annual hot water system running costs? This week we installed a Reclaim heat pump hot water system for a client in Glenhaven. The investment on this type of system will generally cost a little bit more upfront compared to a straight swap electric hot water system however on average a heat pump system can save you about $635 per year in running costs to a typical electrical hot water tank instalation which could be a $6000-10,000 savings over the course of its expected life span.

19.01.2022 What a great job this was to complete in West Pennant Hills Our client wanted to install a new stormwater pipe from a pit underneath their house where subsoil water runs in behind their garage and run the pipe 26 meters all the way to the kerb at the street which meant running it underneath their retaining wall, lawn and the concrete slab for the house... so we bored it all the way through from the street causing minimal disruption to the clients yard and saved them thousands of dollars in excavation, time and a huge mess it would have been to fix at the end! @ West Pennant Hills

18.01.2022 Hot water can get very expensive when you purchase a new system purely based on price. Customer service and ongoing maintenance is very important to ensure that the tank lasts to its full potential ensuring you peace of mind and actually saving you money in the long run We often hear i saw that same system advertised online for cheaper - Thats because they add extra costs when they turn up, use cheaper parts or leave the same valves in place and they dont follow throu...gh with regular maintenance or rapid support when you actually need it the most! Here in Westmead we are replacing the Sacrificial Anode rod inside the tank to improve the longevity of the tank. Like the name suggests, the anode rod is sacrificed to rust first before reaching the inner skin of the tank. Look at the difference!

16.01.2022 Pipe Relining Here in Mcmahons Point were inserting a new pipe within the old pipe. Saving the client thousands of dollars in excavation costs and also saving their garden. See the photo in the comments below to see the area were avoiding having to dig up and excavate. Also no way of getting an excavator down here!
