17.01.2022 As a Sales Associate i have heard it said on many occasions (including this weekend) by buyers at a home open that an other Agent has told them their sellers are desperate to sell and will accept an offer 10's of thousands of dollars UNDER the asking price. This makes me really angry ! I have never and will never tell a buyer that my client who is paying me to sell for the highest price that i can negotiate from the market, that they are desperate to sell and will accept 10's of thousands of dollars under the asking price.
