17.01.2022 Covid has hit everyone in different ways. I received a phone call about 2 months ago from the daughter of a lady who tragically had a severe stroke and was in c...are. As the daughter was in Sydney she needed an agent to sell her mums home. I sold her mums home, obviously it was bitter sweet though. As the settlement day approached I received a distressed phone call from the daughter saying she wasn’t able to come up due to restrictions on the border into Queensland. Due to this she wasn’t able to pack up her mums personal belongings. Throughout this whole process it has made me incredibly sad what this family has had to endure. So, without any hesitation I told her I would pack up her mums belongings. I’m sorry Rebecca that you have not been here to look after your mum in person due to the restrictions. I hope the small gestures I’ve made along the ways have helped in relieving some of the stress for you. I look forward to meeting when your able to make it up here. See more
