The Ocean Reef Marina will include an ocean pool,... a protected beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, playgrounds, boat pens, stackers and launching ramps and also residential blocks. The project has been on the cards for decades - and has been controversial for its footprint on the local environment - but was last year granted environmental approval.
