24.01.2022 A few hungry fish pulled from fast water. All had signs of going over the wall this one fella was covered is sores but fought well and feeding hard. Hopefully alot of barra will bounce back and become breeding stock for the local waters. 05.01.2022 The down side to the dam going over is many large fish just dont make it. 3 barra within 60mtrs of eachother on the bank. The largest estimated around 1200cm mark. Alot of time goes into restocking awoonga to bring it back to its former glory but you cant stop mother nature. The up side is some great barra fishing to be had in the right spots.
