22.01.2022 WHAT DID YOU SAY? There are times in life when it’s appropriate to be humble and to keep our own counsel. Indeed, many of us resist the risk of being heard or stepping into the light for fear of not measuring up to unattainable standards. In 2020, I realized that staying quiet was not going to serve anyone. It was time for me to step up and into my purpose, and this meant having the courage to get uncomfortable with the unfamiliar. I am very grateful for the support and op...portunity given to me by Author Coach - Write With Jane, who encouraged me on two occasions to step into the public forum, and share the experience of my writing journey and the message of The Power of Soul Loving. To do this I needed to let go of being quiet or my fear of not being good enough, and just do it. What mattered was committing to my purpose and getting out there to serve others, and to do it at the right time, which was now! People are suffering and my book was written to help people through these difficult times. When we are clear about our purpose, we must let go of our ‘story’ as to why we can’t do something, and get on with doing what we’re here to do - to serve from the heart. To refuse to share our gifts, talents and wisdom (gained from those tough life experiences) helps no-one!
