20.01.2022 Melburnians... so what did you do today? Lockdown 4.0 is starting to sadly feel very familiar

20.01.2022 A little bit of before and after for your Monday long weekend afternoon Hubby well and truly took over my studio during lockdown!!! It was the obvious space it wasn’t being used and he could shut the door and not be interrupted by the kids and noise. It’s fair to say he made himself well and truly at home in there though... and I did sigh slightly walking in to see my beautiful space turn to his work cave! Well today is the start of getting back to business as usual. I already have sessions booked for this week and I’m so excited to have people in here again it’s such a warm and inviting space to work in!

19.01.2022 For anyone a little apprehensive about booking photo’s in our new covid world. Please be ensured I am following very strict protocols including the studio being cleaned thoroughly before and after each session, allowing at least 24 hours between each client, all shoes removed before entering the studio, wearing a mask, regularly washing hands, no props being used to name a few. Im here to make your experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible so we can capture your prescious babies!

16.01.2022 When I think of capturing this time I am reminded by my own at this age. How precious it was and also how exhausting it was. I tried to take photos myself but it’s impossible being the mum the baby knows better in hindsight I should have hired a professional. It makes me so happy everyday I can do this for my clients. RMP

Ten weeks old and she has the most loving little personality and already knows what she wants Her little stubborn streak is oh so cute The kids have just met her today and they can’t walk away, she is going to be so loved. We can’t wait to enjoy many special family times together with her!

03.01.2022 The Michaels building will close but the business will continue online! So proud of my family 5 generations of Michaels Camera and Video in that store, 105 years in business and Australia’s biggest camera store. It started out as a chemist my great great grandfather ran and has grown into what it is today. No doubt it’s had a significant impact on my professional career and me being a photographer today. I grew up with a camera and video constantly in my face and I love that all those memories have been captured and I have learned to value that. My grandfather was very passionate about the business and my uncle, aunty and cousins have done such an incredible job running the business. I remember as a child being featured a few times in the window and have fond memories of my dad working there
