23.01.2022 Just wondering if there is any interest in the home Ed world for a high school group music class for people who are wanting to pursue music beyond simple learning of an instrument. A small group intensive that covers syllabus outcomes, through an exploration of style music. Including: Listening, analysis, performance, and composing. Also music theory. Maybe group performance. I also am a home educator highly experienced musician and music educator and thought if there we...re a few people interested I could offer it to others, workshop style. Would a couple of days work for you? What you think is a reasonable cost for something like this? Not looking for commitments just if there is any interest. See more

06.01.2022 Music training is not just for kids who are considered musical to make amazing musicians. In fact it may be that music training may benefit kids(and adults) who are the least musical, best! In other words the less musical you are the more your brain will benefit from musical training. Of course its not just about the our brain function, music teaches countless life skills, empowers people in amazing ways, and communicates the abstract sense of identity and connects us spiritually to God, and to each other in a way nothing else can.
