17.01.2022 FLASH BACK 2011 & 2013 I was determined to REBUILD myself this was how. lose 40kg over 6 months with low calorie healthy eating and soon later implementing exercise, I also meet with my uncle and naturopath John Hanes who noticed my body needed BIO Chromium to aid my metabolisms blood sugar & Silymarin to aid my livers processes. Im proud to say this transformation was done entirely on my own, I knew as a personal trainer what i needed to do to get me where I did, If i had the additional education that I do now I would have changed a few things so I didnt drop to 58kg before turning the table to gain additional muscle mass. That change would have allowed me to drop more fat whilst building muscle instead of dropping fat and muscle.
