23.01.2022 I'll be doing this tonight. My new exercise program has been calling on my shoulders to work more and differently. This will be wonderful for me in time. I just need to stay on top of it so it doesn't turn into an injury down the track #stitchintime

22.01.2022 Did it! After talking about this for literally years, I've finally put a little vid on our homepage on the basics of using our tools. Link in bio. For those who missed the live Zoom training session this week, here's a little of what we covered.

20.01.2022 It’s Friday. ‘Nuff said.

18.01.2022 How lucky am I to have an in-house exercise buddy? There’s a chance I might leave the house fitter than I came in. Not all of us have built-in support at home at the moment. Can I be of help to anyone? Can you tag team someone else? #selfcare #movementisfreedom #littlethings #alladdsup #wfh #movefromhome #onlineworkouts #accountability #supportteam

16.01.2022 We're all at home now. So far so good. My next trick is to organise a virtual disco for the kids with their cousins. Okay I admit it. It's for me. Anyone want to join in?

15.01.2022 Attention: MOVEMENT professionals. If you'd like to learn more about how to use self-treatment tools to support your clients where they are, please join us for a FREE and LIVE training session online. Add a comment or PM me for the link if you're interested. *** 11am Monday 30th March ***... I’ll aim to go over self-treatment tools, techniques and teaching tips. Depending on everyone’s questions, we might not have time to finish it all, so I'll send everyone a 25-page e-book so you can reference back as you need it. If you already know what you want to ask, please do send on now so I ensure there’s enough time/resources to address it. *** Things to organise beforehand: *** Computer and good-as-you-can-get internet connection A clear space to move in eg around 2 m x 2 m floor, stable, clear wall Self-treatment tools eg Doublar, Eagle or whatever you have access to like tennis balls etc *** Messy is welcome. *** We’re all at home, so kids, dogs, partners are all welcome to come and go as needed. Fun and functional come first!

09.01.2022 Good ol' quadratus lumborum. This muscle (near your spine, between your hips and ribs) is often a talker for people. I'd always suggest you have a play down your spine first, and then look at what QL is doing. Be nice to yourself though. This li'l guy can really talk!

09.01.2022 The lady in her outfit. A fetching number, preloved of course. Only sustainable living for this pup.

06.01.2022 LFB is an exceptional scientist. When I first heard this sentence, I thought it was apt for so many of the behaviours we may wish to alter for ourselves. But after rereading it today, it feels global Looking after ourselves is looking after all of us. You know, perhaps this is the case everyday.

03.01.2022 Bit of an upstage by the pupster. Squiggles the Great Dane in her #instadebut

01.01.2022 This was me this morning. Woke up with a mid-hammie twinge. Too much midnight dancing? Never. Nothing a couple of 20 second rolls couldn't manage. Detailed instructions in the comments.

01.01.2022 Now more than ever, we're all discovering this. Go get your scientist hat on and let's work this out together. Today is a new day. Again.

01.01.2022 As we go deeper into our new world with COVID19, I'm feeling all sorts of emotions. Mostly it's a sense of love toward those who have been affected, and gratitude for those who are helping us make positive change. Look after yourselves everyone.

01.01.2022 I sometimes get caught in a "wait! I'm not ready yet!" holding pattern. There's no doubt I'm still working on it, or certainly still thinking about it, but I doubt think I'm ready to take the plunge. Looking back, I can see the stalling of progress in those last moments. So now I aim for close enough and give myself room to grow AFTER taking some action. #wabisabi in real life
