17.01.2022 Things around Victoria are still looking a bit grim, people are feeling unsure, a bit scared even a bit stunned and as of Monday were required to wear masks/ face coverings outside the home. Im still around, Im trying to bring some calm to the heightened emotions, I am still doing face to face sessions and I am still offering zoom sessions too. Give me a buzz or email if youre needing an appointment. Take care, stay safe and be gentle on yourself. Anna

12.01.2022 Did you know that it is estimated that 1 in 7 Australian children experience mental health issues and almost half of serious mental health issues in adults start before the age of 14. Thats a lot of weight on childrens shoulders, lets do something about it together.

12.01.2022 Children learn to understand the world and their place in it through play. Its where they are free to act out their inner feelings and their deepest emotions. Toys can act as symbols and take on greater meanings-if you know what to look for. I am currently studying to be a play therapist and this week Im participating in more workshops, I am taking this week off so I can continue my further education and Im so excited by this!! I play therapy

01.01.2022 People who exercise regularly tend to do so because it gives them an enormous sense of well-being. They feel more energetic throughout the day, sleep better at night, have sharper memories, and feel more relaxed, positive and its also powerful medicine for many common mental health challenges. Regular exercise can have a profoundly positive impact on depression & anxiety. It also relieves stress and boosts your overall mood. Research indicates that modest amounts of exercise can make a difference. No matter your age or fitness level, you can learn to use exercise as a tool to improve your wellbeing. So what will you do today?
