Hesitant to even accept a drink whilst walking towards Junee, he only accepted a drink after I explained a shop customer, hearing the Swaggie was in town, rang the shop to ensure if he went past, got a drink & feed on him. Free spirt and humanity in one day is uplifting.

24.01.2022 Much excitement. Just purchased my new gelto display freezer from Wagga Catering Equipment to display the gelato made from Riverina Fresh milk by Bertoldos in Griffith. After Tuesday's taste testing, the initial 7 flavours stocked will be vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, passionfruit, bubblegum, mint choc chip and almond (made with almond milk). Plan on selling the gelto by the cup, waffle and cone. Will keep you posted on delivery date. 24.01.2022 Greatful our Roaster is more than a bean supplier and my staff open to learning. Bonnie Barista from Art of Espresso paid us a scheduled skills review visit this afternoon. Idea is that at least once a month we get instruction under supervision on how to improve our techniques & address any customer concerns that have surfaced.
