23.01.2022 National Police Remembrance Day is a day to remember and honour those brave Australian Police officers who have paid the ultimate sacrifice in the execution of ...their duties and who have taken their life because of their duties... I ask that we each spend a moment today thinking about, praying for and sending love to those whose selfless bravery has resulted in a career ending psychological injury - You Are Not Alone... You may no longer wear the blue armour but will always be part of this policing family... We must also spare a thought for the families and colleagues of those who are left behind and a prayer for those who continue to serve to keep us safe... Thank you for your commitment, service and sacrifice. Words cannot say how grateful we truly are for what you do and who you are...

19.01.2022 Congratulations to former NSW Rural Fire Service Commissioner Shane Fitzsimmons, tonight named the NSW Australian Of The Year. On accepting the award, Shane has... paid special tribute to the volunteers who worked to protect homes and lives last fire season, and particularly those who lost their lives. See more

17.01.2022 You may have Queensland’s Large Air Tanker (LAT) Bomber 141 deploy to lend a hand with firefighting efforts on Fraser Island (K'gari) today. The LAT has ma...de three drops in front of the fire as a way to aid ground crews from QFES and QPWS as they work to strengthen containment lines and slow the progress of the blaze. Capable of a cruise speed (loaded) up to 670km/h, this LAT gets from its Bundaberg base to assist crews on scene in less than 20 minutes. See more

17.01.2022 Sad but true for some

16.01.2022 No Firefighter should look forward to the tones going off. When the tones drop, someone, somewhere is either dead, dieing, in trouble or having the worst time of their life! Firefighters take no pleasure in this. We always answer the call and get the job done! Pete Learmonth

14.01.2022 PLEASE WATCH - VERY INFORMATIVE
