11.01.2022 SOLD Mature gelding RED BLUFF JOUNAMA - Taproot Messenger x Boomtown Araluen (Part Morgan) for sale (ad from current owner): Hey, my name is Red Bluff Jounama, but you can call me Jewie. I'm a registered Morgan (no. 231, hit me up ) and I'm 14.2 and 5/8 hands, and don't forget the five eighths! I'm also 15 years old so I know my stuff and I know how to train riders that aren't super confident. Translation: I don't want a beginner, but I'm fine with a kid that's still ...learning. Honestly though, I think they got my b-day wrong by like 8 years because I'm WAY too young to be 15. My feet are great and I'm very easy to look after, all I really need is easy access to the feed room and a couple nice, cool rugs. I DON'T like bugs. I'm on a diet at the moment, I'm always on a diet, just give me free rein (see what I did there??). The float, farrier, vet, whatever, are all fine. I haven't seen the vet for a while because I'm just that good, I look after myself. I am the sweetest horse you will find, trust me on that one. Yeah I make you earn my respect but that's a good thing because if I respect you, any horse will. And once I do respect you, I'll do anything for you. I'm pretty damn smart too, I'm a perfect all rounder. I can jump and do dressage and all of that. I can jump up to 1m and I'm graded at 1m, AND I'm a 6-bar champion! I'm also competing at prelim/novice dressage (I'm floating between them), and I'm training elementary. Hell yeah, travers and shoulder-in and walk-canter! All that fun stuff! I look really good in the show ring too, I can get really shiny and be exactly what the judges are looking for. I've won Champion Morgan a couple times, no biggie. I'm also a perfect pony club mount, and I'll win that class too. I don't mind trail riding, I'm tougher than anything 'scary' out there but if you get scared, I won't ditch you. Big loud noises who? I've got what you people call a 'snaffle-mouth', which doesn't really make sense to me but whatever. All my humans have gotten really tall way too quickly, so a MAJOR requirement is a short person! Not really, but I just don't want to be outgrown again. I'm ready for the next pre to young teen to do stuff with! I also come with all my gear so I save you that expense.
