02.01.2022 At RedDot, my family does not believe in just brewing beers, we learn about distilling too!! It's amazing what does into gin.. I learnt so many new things and ideas keep sprouting in my head. Lemon myrtle, Juniper berries, Cassia bark, tasmanian Berry berries just to name a few. Thank you 4 Pillars gin for the education. I hope I can take this inspiration for new beers next year. Happy new year in advance
