18.01.2022 Even though we don't typically celebrate Thanksgiving here in Australia, it is with our fondest gratitude to take this opportunity to thank our customers who have supported us over the last five years. We started out with one product, Glühwein Mulled Wine Syrup, and our Red Elk mascot as the protector from the cold (whom later also became the protector of the heat when our product line expanded!) THANK YOU for sticking with us, sharing your stories and the wonderful feedback we receive from you who allow us to be a small part of your lives, celebrations, and everyday life. You make our world that little bit sweeter.

14.01.2022 On a rainy day there’s nothing like sipping on a cup of spiced apple while rugged up inside. Grab a bottle of Red Elk Gluhwein Mulled Wine syrup and we’ll show you how to make our own cup it tastes like hot liquid apple pie! This recipe makes a 300ml cup. You will need:... Red Elk Gluhwein Mulled Wine Syrup Unsweetened Apple Juice Water (Optional) Selection of garnishes, like sliced apple, cinnamon sticks, orange peel or star anise - In a heatproof jug mix 50ml Red Elk Gluhwein syrup with 200ml apple juice and 50ml water. Heat in the microwave until warm at desired temperature (65C - 70C is ideal.) Serve in a pre-heated mug or glass tumbler and garnish (optional). Hints: Pre-heat your mug or glass with some hot water before serving, so the spiced apple won't cool off as quickly. You can also make this recipe ahead of time and store in a jug in the fridge and use when it's ready to be heated.

Makes one 250ml glass Red Elk Lemon Mixing Syrup... Extra dry Prosecco Pour 50ml Lemon Syrup into glass and top with 200ml Prosecco. Garnish with lemon wedges. TIP: To make a cucumber strip, using a vegetable peeler, make a strip of Lebanese cucumber and stick to the inside of the glass before pouring in the syrup. 01.01.2022 It’s not too late to try your hand at making mulled wine Why not mix some pre-dinner drinks accompanied with a cheese platter to nibble on? For a 300ml glass. 50ml Red Elk Glühwein Mulled Wine Syrup... 200ml of red wine (an affordable Shiraz or Merlot work best, don’t mix an expensive Château Latour or anything like that!) 50ml water Mix ingredients into a heat proof jug and heat in microwave to a desired temperature. Pour into a pre-heated glass or cup to serve. You can garnish with cinnamon sticks, star anise or orange peel, if you like.
