24.01.2022 Good Afternoon gingers and non gingers, We have been waiting to hear some more easing of restrictions for community outdoor events leading up to The Redhead Hunt4HD Ginger Pride Festival which we hold on the October long weekend. Due to the current covid pandemic, the recent closure of the Vic border and the uncertain times we are facing, we have made the difficult decision NOT to hold the event this year for the safety of everyone involved. 17.01.2022 Hi all!!!! This redhead is raising much needed funds for Huntingtons NSW ACT during September which is Walk4Hope month! I have pledged to walk a minimum of 10,000 steps everyday for the month of September along with wearing put logo colours of pink and green also for the entire month! I have been sharing my pics and progress on the #HDAwarenessOrange FB page. This is how the Redhead hunt came to be in memory of my beautiful red-headed mum who lost her battle with huntingtons at 50yr of age. I too was at risk having a 50% chance of inheritance. The final count is yet to be determined however it is looking like a figure around $3500.00 that has been raised.
