04.01.2022 Thank goodness for my super team of women Its pretty NUTS right now. We've got a huge month pushing out as much stock as possible before we have to leave the kitchen we've called home for the last 3 years. We don't know where our future kitchen space will be but I guarantee that wherever we end up it will be SPECIAL #pleasebuildusakitchen

01.01.2022 Earlier this year Geraldton chef Ben Evans was given the task to create a menu showcasing food from the Mid West for an industry dinner. Among many delicious creations, he was inspired to make dukkah and lamb koftas with our granola....OMG it was damn good! Sooooo today I decided to have a little play around and make my own version to give as presents....here's hoping my friends are impressed! PS I'm keeping the big jar!!
