24.01.2022 Hi Race Fans Hope you all had a great Christmas & New Year break, Just an update on where we are & what we hope to be doing coming up, as most know we have had a bit of work going on around the complex, Steve has been doing a great job organising & carrying out the tasks at hand, Big Thanks to Brandon @ Woodfam Earthworks for cleaning out & enlargening the dam, Thanks also to Graeme Forte for sponsoring this job... Thanks also to Nathan & the Boys @ Bitumil for their efforts in rearranging the spectator area with fill & earthmoving gear to shape it all up Thanks also to all those that helped out cleaning up over the weekend, Great Job Guys At this stage we are preparing to go racing in February, the 6th we were hoping to fire up with Sprintcar title, but Cycling Australia have moved their date for their nationals around Buninyong to this date, so we can't access the complex, Sprintcar title will be rescheduled to a later date Our opening meeting will now be on Feb 20 with Street Stocks, Std Saloons, Sport Sedans & JSPA Juniors, As we all know there will be restrictions in & out of the pit areas due to covid restrictions, so Please if directed by an official do as they ask of you, makes life easier for everyone. There will be No Spectator access to pits & vice versa for Drivers/Crews to spectator areas Hope to see you on the 20th Feb, more updates to follow

22.01.2022 Steve Forte reports a lot of work going on by the Bitumil Boys at Redline creating an elevated parking view of the race track down the back straight. This will allow families in cara to see over ans above spectators seated in front of the fence. Thank you Lads

21.01.2022 HOW DO I AS A REDLINE MEMBER GET A Q & A DONE ABOUT ME? Our Media Rep and Announcer Deano (Dean Thompson) put together the Q & A with Brad McClure. He has some idea's in mind, however if you would like to volunteer yourself up for it, just message Deano and say "Hey, I am keen to do the Q & A". He can get it sorted with you from there. ... We are so pleased you enjoyed the first one, we as a Committee are as keen as you to go racing, in the meantime whilst we cannot give any indication of when, let's enjoy what our members love most about the sport and share with us through the Q & A's.

We know its been hard for a lot of members, friends, supporters & families through these times. BSDC Inc / Redline Raceway Committee have decided to extend All current financial Members 19/20 season, Your membership fees until the end of the 20/21 season, ... This is a small gesture for our club members for your support. Unfortunately due to all the cafuffle that has happened to us the past little while & only 3 race meeting being run, there will be no Presentation Dinner this year, also our AGM will be postponed until we can have more people to attend meetings due to lockdown I would like to Sincerely Thank, All our hard working Officials & Staff that run the shows, week in week out, without you we would be lost. 17.01.2022 REDLINE RACEWAY ALIGNS WITH SPEEDWAY AUSTRALIA The news has been publicised that Belmont Speedway Drivers Club trading as Redline Raceway has become a Speedway Australia aligned venue. We can confirm this is true and we look forward to being able work together with the Speedway Australia governing body this season and beyond.... Further information will be shared in the next 24 hours. Note; Our Club classes of Sports Sedans, Street Stocks, Standard Saloons & Unlimited Sedans remain. If anybody has any questions of how our alignment affects them, please inbox us and a committee member will reply in the next couple of days.

That is of course a given, since he is the national champion. Walters got the most votes reasonable easy and along with Aiden RAYMONT, Cameron Waters, Brodie Boss and Brock Atkin, you would have to say Australia got it right. 06.01.2022 Notice regarding May 15th Meeting Unfortunately due to recent inclement & forecast weather, we have had to Cancel this meeting, ALL tickets purchased for this weekend will be refunded, refunds take upto 5 days to be credited. This was to be our last meeting of the season and we were all looking forward to a great night's entertainment... 01.01.2022 Excellent photo by Louise Norman - Napier at Bairnsdale. Our Redline member Trent Susol finished second in the Unlimited Sedan feature on the track the class Victorian title is on. Trent has moved back to Victoria and is set to be a regular on Redline Raceway once we get back underway.
