25.01.2022 We customs cleared and received 5 cases of aircraft parts destined for Port Hedland, a good distance away.

25.01.2022 Our lady client is starting a new life on Reunion Island and asked us to ship her belongings there.

24.01.2022 After a successful annual conference, speed-dating 42 other forwarders at a 5 star resort in Cebu, we were rewarded for 7 years of loyalty and paying our partners on time. Thank you Koen, looking forward to the next one.

21.01.2022 And loading out said aircraft parts

20.01.2022 One of our regular clients imported a full size cut glass chandelier for their new home leaving the old fart to carefully handle this into our warehouse.

19.01.2022 Our client imported just short of 100,000 windscreen sunshades, that typical Australian defence against the blazing sun. Proud to say we handled in and loaded out for distribution within 48 hours at our Wangara facility.Hope for this to become repeat business!

18.01.2022 Not everything we handle is industrial. This large painting was created on a background of gold leaf, giving it a beautiful lustre. It was 3.3 meters long rolled up and needed some quick thinking to have it delivered safely and economically. But here it is, on display at a new art gallery, which opening we were privileged to attend.

18.01.2022 In December we exported these 2 vehicles out of Fremantle: one to Sweden, the other to Cape Town.

16.01.2022 From time to time we get do-it-yourself importers, oblivious of the tightly controlled environment we operate in. This item, from Germany, was imported under the name of a company to whom it didn't belong and without their knowledge and so took a while to sort. Here is the pallet that caused a serious amount of work, for little reward.

16.01.2022 Loading used and collectable Landcruisers on the Fremantle wharf.

14.01.2022 We celebrate our African roots by importing this contemporary piece of art by air.

13.01.2022 Loading 900 plus ton 1100 cubic meter of steel pipes for the oil & gas industry out of Richards Bay to Ghana.

13.01.2022 Most of our cargo is neither glamorous nor pretty. This air consignment from China was delayed at the airport of origin due to the implications of the Corona virus. All involved are working hard to get this on the way.

10.01.2022 The rule of thumb is that once you have a consignment of 12cbm or more, it is more economical to load a full container. But then Covid comes along and the South African ports do not accept export cargo. Consequently we had to ship 18 cubic meters as LCL, costing the client more than it should have been. But today we delivered and our growing client could resume production.

10.01.2022 Besides all types of industrial goods we also shift personal effects as part of giving back to the community. Often flat screen TV owners have disposed of the original box the TV came in and we then have to have a carton made up, as illustrated. We just sent the one pictured here to Doha without any problems. Just part of the service!

08.01.2022 Experienced importers could consider the use of non-operating reefer containers (NOR) as traffic builds up prior to the peak season before Christmas, as shipping rates come at a discount when empty reefers are being re-positioned in anticipation of temperature-controlled cargo expected to be exported from any specific country. Due to Australia's high volume exports of meat, dairy and seafood to China, every year there are NOR on offer at discounted prices. The catch is that t...he both the internal volume and payload capacity of a reefer container is always slightly less than that of a General Purpose or Dry Van container, and the cargo may not damage the insulated floor, walls and ceiling of the NOR. In all other respects the NOR containers provide an economical alternative. Please talk to your forwarder if your cargo is unlikely to damage a reefer box, we'll be delighted to provide you with a costing. See more

07.01.2022 Bar shipping just about any possible kind of industrial article, we also occasionally ship something arty, as in the 3.3m long painting illustrated which has a gold leaf base. The flight and delivery needed some quick thinking due to the length, but here we are at the gallery opening, making it all worthwhile.

06.01.2022 This container ship is nothing special. It is docking this Sunday in the port of Fremantle. But to us it delivers 5 containers for 5 different customers, an absolute delight in these tough Covid times!

05.01.2022 Our new corporate shirt. Nothing much I can do about the face, but the shirt is comfortable and of good quality. I like the understated logo, showing the clouds for air transport and waves for the ocean.

05.01.2022 After 40 years in the freight business I shipped my first temperature controlled air consignment yesterday. This IBC was carried inside an Envirotainer at 0 degrees centigrade from Perth to California.

05.01.2022 For the pas 2 weeks we have had to do without internet, and mainly without telephones as the National Broadband Network is being rolled out. Without any advance notice, unhelpful Telstra staff and business opportunities lost through a craven attitude towards their customers. Shame on you, Telstra. We expect this from the telco in South Africa, not from a supposedly 'world class' company making a healthy profit.

04.01.2022 We just imported 10,000 new spectacle frames and sunglasses for our customer.

04.01.2022 We regularly import smaller aircraft from manufacturers all over the world. This partially dismantled machine was shipped in a 20' container for re-assembly in Perth.

04.01.2022 In our business complex an importer abandoned a heavy duty pallet that I offered to one of our team members. With hard work and good old South African ingenuity this pallet was converted to a stylish outdoor table.Proud of you guys, recycling at its best!

03.01.2022 This ex army motorcycle was purchased on auction and, dodging bush fires, delivered to our Wangara warehouse, a 3500 km journey.

03.01.2022 Overwidth, overheight kiln for a glass factory imported on a heavy duty flat rack container with collapsible headboards. Love this kind of consignment.

02.01.2022 We import special steel bars for our client, who manufactures hydraulic components in this awesome plant.

02.01.2022 Exporting powder coating to Africa. This stuff is heavier than it looks!

01.01.2022 We imported this snazzy caravan from South Africa by Roll on Roll off carrier, here pictured in the multi purpose terminal of Fremantle port.
