16.01.2022 Mick Hooke from the QRU is presenting a session on the In-Touch Mental Health program at the club at 6:30pm after junior training this evening. It is aimed at committee members, coaches, managers, medical staff, and or leadership groups. This includes parents and carers who want to know more about encouraging positive mental health. 15.01.2022 Our U-14s played Teachers West earlier this evening. Despite a strong challenge early in the first half, we managed to regroup and beat them 33-12. No less than 3 tries by Iowani Cavuilati! Jaedon scored a try, not sure who scored the other. Does anybody know?

14.01.2022 The TDRU Festival of 7's is on in October, and we are looking to enter under 9, 11, and 12 teams to play in the Primary 7s comp on Friday 16 October, and under 14 boys and 14 girls in the Teenage 7s on Saturday 31 October. We will have training on Thursday 15 October, and new players are welcome.

13.01.2022 Our U-14s went down 29-12 to Brothers in the Grand Final this morning. What a shame ... But it was good Rugby!

11.01.2022 No training today for under 14s playing in next weekend's Teenage 7s. Gordon will be running a session next Thursday to get prepared the tournament.

10.01.2022 Our U14s played Burdekin this afternoon. Burdekin had too few players and had to forfeit the game, but we had fun with them anyway. I know Darius did! Two familiar faces in the team; Matty visiting from Mackay and Kai who's now allowed to play down. And each had a try! Mum looked chuffed on the side. And the fries were good I believe.
