19.01.2022 Power is still being restored to the building and Data Centre. Latest feedback from our team is that hosting and email services may take several hours to get back online once the power is restored. we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused - we will provide regular updates on this issue on Facebook & Twitter

18.01.2022 We are still working on restoring services. We still do not have an ETA on when services will be restored. We thank you for your patience and apologise for the inconvenience.

15.01.2022 Our maintenance works start at 11pm tonight until 3am. During this time you can expect a series of 10 to 15 minute service interruptions during this time.

14.01.2022 Today at around 3pm the building where our Data Centre is located experienced a massive power failure. All redundancy measures did not kick in as expected. Latest news is that our services should start to come back online within the next 30 minutes. We will be receiving reports from our Data Centre - but at this stage this is an ongoing issue - we have staff on site assisting with the remediation of our services. As we know more we will update on our social media channels. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

11.01.2022 An update on our current service issue. The power to an upstream provider went down at around 3pm today. Services are now being restored but could take several hours to resolve. At this stage we do not have an ETA on resolution. We will continue to provide updates on Facebook as more information comes to hand. We thank you for your patience.
