16.01.2022 Position Vacant - Administration Assistant Rees R & Sydney Jones Solicitors are looking for a full time Administration Assistant to join our RRSJ Team. The Role... This role is an entry-level administrative position within our office support team. The office support team assists all of our Departments and is vital to the smooth running of our firm. Duties include but are not limited to - Scanning, copying, collating and filing documents and files; - Reception relief duties including greeting clients, answering telephone calls, forwarding emails and responding to enquires; - Performing deliveries to external organisations including the courthouse, banks, etc.; - Opening and closing of files; - Word processing relief duties including typing dictated documents; - Processing incoming mail; - Managing archived files; and - Other general administrative duties as required. The role is a full time role from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). This role cannot be performed remotely and requires your physical presence at the office. You will be remunerated pursuant to the Legal Services Award.
