24.01.2022 Home care guidelines Drink at least 2 litres of water (still) within the first 24 hours after treatment. Do not eat a large meal for at least 2 hours before or after treatment, but do have a light snack prior to treatment. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and spicy foods for up to 24 hours after treatment. Allow your body to rest after treatment, both mentally and physically.... Let your body tell you what it wants to do. If you feel tired have a sleep, if you feel energetic go for a light walk. Make a note of any healing reactions you have after the treatment (see below) for up to 3 days so that your therapist can be aware of how you have responded to the treatment. See more

22.01.2022 Just posting a bit of blog about reflexology and aftercare advise for holistic treatments, so that you will hopefully get the most out of your treatment and feel the beneficial effects long after you leave the spa or treatment room.

21.01.2022 Hi! My beautiful new treatment room is all ready for YOU! I have 2 appointments available for tomorrow, please drop me a message if you're interested. 1hour treatment, with foot spa $40 ....sit back and enjoy!

18.01.2022 ....Have just bought myself a beautiful, new, stone oil despenser (bathroom soap pump to a layman!) I can't wait till tonight to try it out with my lovely client!...

16.01.2022 My family and I visited the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs at the weekend, what a place! We feel so refreshed and relaxed! I especially loved the 'Reflexology Walk' a shallow, narrow, long pool with different shaped and sizes of pebbles and rocks to really work those reflex points and get some good streches into tired feet! BLISS! Will definately be back soon!

13.01.2022 What is Reflexology Reflexology is a non-invasive alternative therapy treatment which dates back several thousand years. The approach is to the treatment is to consider the person as a whole, rather than individual conditions of a person, as separate entities. The treatment involves working on various reflex points on the feet using massage movements to bring about an effect in areas of the body quite distant to the feet. Reflexology does not claim to be a 'cure-all' but nume...rous different disorders have been successfully treated by this method. These disorders include such things as migraine, sinus problems, hormonal imbalances, breathing disorders, digestive problems, circulatory problems, back problems and tension and stress. Most people who have experienced treatment would agree that the method can be most beneficial and is also a very relaxing therapy. See more

10.01.2022 What a beautiful day of treatments it's has been, I'm feeling beyond rewarded after seeing how much positivity my clients leave with. I'd love to get your feedback about what your treatment did for you? Some people experience total relaxation, some are energised, some begin to detox and have a physical response while others gain focus and clarity. How long did these feelings last? ... What did you achieve as a result? Great sleep? Housework done? Creativity up? Please tell me your thoughts... See more

05.01.2022 http://www.netplaces.com/reflexology/ A really useful resource and site for practitioners. The breathing techniques with visualisation for deep, relaxation and meditation are particularly helpful. Using tapotement techniques can help to give a stimulating, energising treatment leaving the client with an invigorated feeling and more energy, great for morning treatments.

03.01.2022 Holistic Therapies home care advice: After a Massage, Reflexology or Holistic treatment, it can be usual for a reaction to noticed by the client either during, directly afterwards or within 24 to 36 hours after treatment. The immediate reaction should be that of relaxation, tiredness or rejuvenation at the end of the session. Be reassured that there are no ill effects from these treatments. The body can experience what is known as a ‘healing crisis’ which is the effect of the body eliminating toxins that have been released during the treatment. Emotional releases can also occur due to energy shifts within the body. Generally the body will be trying to re-balance itself which is a ‘healing effect’. Please try to follow your home care advice to achieve the maximum long-term benefits from your treatments.

02.01.2022 After a busy house move, I'm back to my reflexology as of yesterday. It doesn't just benefit clients, a good treatment gives such a great sense of wellbeing and centeredness for the practitioner too! :0) GOOD TO BE BACK!!!
