22.01.2022 Round Six of our 8 Week Program is commencing in a few short weeks! What is the 8 Week Program? An individualised holistic health program designed to help individuals move into a happier, healthier space in their lives and bodies. We dive deep to understand each persons goals, past & current handbrakes to health/results, inflammatory markers, stress levels (& the effects of these on their system), health history, digestive health, mental health, nervous system load, hormonal ...load, weight distribution patterns, energy levels, sleep patterns, calories in & out as well as macro & micronutrient breakdowns. Our aim is to support individuals to gain the knowledge & tools they need to continue to thrive in all areas of their life. During the program and beyond. What is involved: An extensive pre-consultation questionnaire that covers current and previous health picture as well as specific internal and external goals moving forward An initial consultation with our Nutritionist, Naturopath & Personal Trainer Pending clients goals & symptom picture, the option for additional pathology testing to analyse health handbrakes Girth measurements and a BIA scan for data collection in terms of body composition (fat mass, visceral fat, skeletal muscle mass & BMR) A pre-program education based workshop and weekly webinars (all of which will be recorded) where we explain how to navigate your plan and why specific recommendations have been made. We also cover topics such as understanding body composition, tracking food, individual exercise prescription, importance of recovery, rebound weight gain, reverse dieting & the relationship between physical health, results & social/emotional wellbeing Access to a private online platform for support and accountability as well as additional at home training sessions and yoga sequences to do if you wish A personalised health care plan developed that meets goals & needs in a healthy, sustainable way. 20.01.2022 This is not about weight loss. It’s about digestive upset, severe bloating & GI issues causing our body to store excess weight. When people say it’s only a matter of calories in versus calories out Here we have no change to calories, less exercise, more down time and specific supplementation & lifestyle changes. One of our clients presented with severe digestive system imbalances, an inflamed body, imbalanced nervous system and zero energy. She was exhausted, training h...ard, eating really clean and was not seeing any results in fact she was experiencing the opposite - weight gain and stubborn fat. Only a few small weeks into her treatment plan and she messages us with these photos saying "My bloating is almost non-existent. I had dinner out with friends on Sunday night - BIG TEST - I ate foods not in my plan and had a few wines. Normally I would be a mess but I hardly had any symptoms!" Although only at the beginning of her return to optimum health we are sure glad her body is responding the way it is already. Health is multifaceted and when we choose to delve a little deeper into the reasons why our body is responding the way it is often we find there are causes that go beyond eating clean and exercising.

18.01.2022 Today we would be finishing up our fifth Wellness Retreat in beautiful Bali. Sadly due to travel restrictions our plans were cancelled, however we are excited to announce that we will be looking to secure some dates closer to home very soon. Retreats are such a valuable part of our business and reflect every aspect of our approach to holistic health and wellness. We have seen some phenomenal transformations come from these experiences in the past and will hopefully continue to see many more in future. 18.01.2022 At the beginning of this program I desperately wanted to change my physical and mental health. I was emotional all the time, especially when I use to look in the mirror and see what I saw. I emotionally ate and under ate, and would flog myself both physically but more so mentally only to give up. I freaked out about eating 1700 cals thinking how am I meant to eat all that haha. I had to trust the process and now I’ve fallen back in love with food without so much guilt. I h...ad to nourish my body and give it what it needed. Food and love! Yoga was something that I would look forward to every Thursday. I felt calm and relaxed which is so surprising as my personality is constantly on the go. Yoga gave me time to switch off my thoughts and to just breathe. I think that is so important in life to ground yourself. I would like to thank you Sammy and Kahls for helping and guiding me on this journey. Ive lost kgs and cms off my body, still have a long way to go but im looking forward to see what my future holds. Thank you for teaching me self care x This is what it is all about. We couldn’t be happier for this girl. For those that know Jasmine Wilbow you would know she’s one of the most hilarious, bubbly and kind hearted people you will ever meet. She’s openly spoken about her anxiety and how that affects her day to day life, so to receive an email like this just makes us so, so incredibly proud of her. Our bodies are an ecosystem, to find true wellness we have to be actively giving enough attention to each area. Look at the full picture, nurture yourself in more ways then one. Spending time in the company of yourself or in the company of those select few individuals who truly see you has a powerful way of clearing & cleaning things out - If we allow it. It’s like doing the dirty laundry, taking the overfilled bins out or sweeping the floor on an internal, deeply human level. ... So often the things that evolve us the most are the opposite of pleasant, comfortable, easy & peaceful. So feel it all. It’s not supposed to be comfortable all of the time. Feel the awkwardness. Feel the up & downs. Feel the insecurities bubbling. The restlessness deep inside. The self doubting. The joyful. The expansive. The dreamy. The nerve wracking. The centered. The whole spectrum.

In just 8 weeks @carlieebert has had some phenomenal results internally & externally from improved gut health, to more energy to weight loss and muscle gain I am so glad I won this challenge girls. I really didn't realise how much I needed this and the holistic approach you guys focus on has helped me become a better version of myself. I think you guys provide amazing support, education and ... friendship and that is what sets you aside from any other programs. Thank you for everything!!! I am a lot stronger ( I did a rope climb and a pull up the other day!!!!!) and fitter and feeling so much better in my training with more energy and enjoyment. I think I have always had pretty good mental health but since doing my swims, walking more, training and eating better I just feel like a better version of myself. I have set better routines to prioritise my health and I am loving it. We are so proud of you Carlie and have loved checking in with you the past 8 weeks! .

06.01.2022 REFORM UPDATE: We’re super excited, though equally as sad to announce that we have decided to move our business soley online for the unforeseeable future. The forced closure of our physical work due to Covid-19 has allowed us the opportunity to really delve into and reflect upon where our heart lies in terms of the work we’re doing with people and the results we are continuing to see both internally and externally.... Though we have loved running face to face training and yoga classes within this community and building beautiful relationships with all of our clients we have realised the ways we can be of most service to people is through consultations and individualised programs. This is where we are seeing phenomenal changes in not only people's body compositions but in their mental health, sense of self, overall well-being & daily function. We absolutely adore the community we have built face to face and it’s been such a hard (and big) decision to let this side of our business go for now. We don’t feel like it is forever, but we do realise it is for now as we build out our brand new app, more courses and expand our health retreats. We're using this time to broaden our knowledge and expertise so that we can continue to serve people in their health and wellbeing journeys the best that we can.
