09.01.2022 It is absolutely ridiculous that gyms are allowed to open but not indoor skateparks.. what is the difference? Theres probably less risk! It makes us wonder why they have put a 8 square metre rule in for gyms and no other industry? And no indoor skateparks? Are the premiers and those in the vic health team allowing their own values impact their decisions instead of evidence, research and statistics? Make sure you get down to Al's Skate Co for vouchers and christmas gifts!

08.01.2022 Meet Zach! Zach is a 15 year old legend who part of his ndis package, has sessions here with Bree weekly. Trainer Bree Le Cornu Zac’s confidence has grown immensely since training with me. He is willing to give anything a go, always wanting a challenge & isn’t afraid to tell Jimmy to stop winging! Why do you like refuel?... Zach believes this is the best gym around because of all the different activities he gets to try out, He also likes being trained by the 2nd in charge (Bree). What Zach thinks of Refuel. What activity do you like the most and why? Zach likes all the activities that involve jumping and sprints because he likes to compete against Bree and Jimmy. What would you say to anyone thinking about going to refuel? Refuel is a great place because of the friendly people! Zach is supported through Social Plus Albury support worker Jimmy: Zach has improved leaps and bounds since our first session at the gym, as a support worker I am continually impressed by Zach's competitive spirit and determination to complete his exercises. I also love the new confidence that Zach has found through going to the gym weekly
