05.01.2022 Vacancy: Home Support Workers (Multiple Locations- Community Based Role) Regal Care Pty Ltd is a purpose-driven business offering personalized assistance to the elderly, disabled or anyone who needs a hand. We support our clients with domestic assistance, low-level personal care and community access. Currently we are recruiting support workers in all local government areas of Melbourne and we offer 15-25 hours every week between 9 am and 5 pm and within a reasonable geograph...ical area. A home support worker will be providing support with a variety of tasks. Every day and every client will be unique. Generally, services provided by Regal Care includes general home care tasks like vacuuming, mopping cleaning toilet and bathroom, changing sheets, meal preparation, grocery shopping, laundry assistance, transport to appointments and events, assistance with personal care activities and grooming, in-home respite, community access and support with socialisation. We also help our clients in learning new technology and developing new skills. Successful candidates will require to have previous experience in providing these services and have at least a Certificate III level qualification. If selected the workers will be required to maintain first aid including CPR, driving license and a roadworthy car, a clear police check throughout the course of employment. A Working with Children Check Card and other specialised qualifications will increase the chances of getting more shifts. Being available to work on at least 3 days excluding weekends, a passion to support your local community and a go-getter attitude are the secrets of highly successful team members.
