20.01.2022 Regisbuilt is close to handing over Cragieburn Storage King for the Abacus Property Group. This stage involved a complete refurbishment, 100 additional storage units, stairs, security, new passenger lift and a new structural floor to create another level. The project will be completed on the 1st May 2020.

19.01.2022 With some final painting to the existing roller doors this project is set for occupancy on the 1st August 2020. Nice to hand over another quality building to Storage King.

19.01.2022 Kennards Self Storage final commissioning, testing and auditing of all units. The hi-tech facility officially opens on the 16th July 2020.

17.01.2022 Dromana Storage King is heading towards completion. The 2 level build over is adding 110 storage units for the Mornington Peninsula area.

09.01.2022 Regisbuilt recently commenced a contract at Storelocal Narre Warren. The contract involves creating a hard stand for the relocation of thier container business to a previous vacant lot. Installing new gates, fencing, security, electrical and drainage. Once thier containers have been moved, Regisbuilt will commence building 150 new traditional storage units to the former container site. It's looking pretty sweet.

09.01.2022 Regisbuilt was recently awarded the refurbishment and extension works Abacus Storage Property Trust for works at Storage King Australia. The works involve the completion of mezzanine structures and self-storage fit-out. Hand over will take place in May 2020.

08.01.2022 Regisbuilt is currently undertaking the upgrading and extension for Storelocal Mordialloc. Regisbuilt will add 2000 sqm metres of flooring and structural framing, 200 storage units, electrical, security, lift, stairs and fire systems. 04.01.2022 Regisbuilt is proud to complete their contract at Public Self Storage in Epping, Victoria. Congratulations to Public Self Storage in opening their 2nd store in Victoria. Regisbuilt were engaged initially to consult in all facets of planning, engineering and design. Regisbuilt were then contracted to complete the Self-Storage unit construction over 2 levels. Official opening is the 15th June 2020.
