24.01.2022 Due to a number of security breaches recently please be extra vigilant with securing your family and property! Please use this platform to notify other Regis residents of security breaches that you have witnessed/evidenced!

24.01.2022 Dear Owners, We are writing to advise that today 5 September, there will be a change from the existing Security Company to a new Concierge/Security company. This change and restructure will result in a reduction in security costs for Regis Towers and will enable further ongoing savings to be made but most importantly securing Regis Towers Owners and Residents (and their property) is paramount to this new arrangement. In conjunction with the contractor change Regis Towers wil...l be trialling the first of the planned new Concierge services initially offered in Pitt Street Tower. Pitt Street Residents will now be able to have concierge hold parcels from registered courier companies (eg Fedex, Australia Post, UPS, ect). Residents need to talk with Pitt Street Concierge (Pacific Building Management/new Concierge/Security company) and then register their details through Building Link. Once the Regis Towers Pitt Street trial is completed the service, and it is gauged a success, this Concierge Service will also be offered to Castlereagh Street Tower.
