24.01.2022 This day last week I was reminded of the powerful healing tool of Reiki. One minute I was leaving swimming lessons feeling ok then was struck with the most excruciating abdominal pain driving home. Once Georgie was safe I prayed and desperately channeled in Reiki healing energy to give me relief. It helped and made it bearable. I 'should have' called an ambulance but stupidly braved it out until I went to the GP. The GP sent me in an ambulance to the emergency departmen...t after another pain episode which resulted in me requiring urgent gyno surgery for internal bleeding. The staff were amazing with pain management but the pain was so intense I called for my husband to arrange distant Reiki . Friends sent me immediate Reiki and I could feel the healing wash over and through me. My best friend Erin came to my side and gave me hands on healing until I went into theatre. I have never been so grateful until then to have this healing tool and be surrounded by amazing humans who helped me through this. Reiki is such a valuable tool that helps with stress, anxiety, pain and so much more. It was a huge blanket of love around me. Thank you so much to everyone involved in my care last week. I am recovering quickly as I am being kind to myself during this process. I have learnt so much from this experience and only have gratitude. I really look forward to doing healing sessions for others once I am back @ Rockhampton, Queensland

14.01.2022 Holy!! Do you still get surprised when you feel those huge shifts from your YL oils? I do...everytime! This morning I didn't start my day earlier like I planned. Georgie woke up and that's it's...the day begins. ... I decided to put the diffuser on first in the kitchen / dining before doing anything else. Once I finished changing her nappy etc and came back out to the kitchen... Wow!!! Those tiny little molecules hit all the right places and brought me to instant calm ... instant grounding ...instant peace. Everything will be ok. This is all before even doing the Good Day Protocol routine for the day Have an awesome day

10.01.2022 Gratitude Writing down everything you are grateful for is a gateway to re-wiring your brain for joy. Writing 3 things or 13things. It’s lovely to reflect on how much there is to feel grateful for. Even when you ‘KNOW’ there is so much to be grateful for but just can’t ‘FEEL’ it. This is a great tool to use. This post came up on my Facebook memories this morning from a 30day gratitude challenge on this page. ... Last year I was religiously writing in my gratitude journal. This led to being able to identify when Georgie was conceived. This was a win for someone who is inconsistent with keeping a diary. Are you feeling stuck or in a funk? Take a moment, inhale.your oil and return to gratitude. Be kind to yourself

01.01.2022 BEDROOM LINEN SPRAY 5 drops Ylang Ylang 3 drops Northern Lights Black Spruce 50mls witchazel ... Add to 250ml Spray bottle Top up with distilled or filtered water. This combo smells gorgeous and as you can see you only need a few drops to make a difference. Ylang Ylang is a floral happy scent that increases feelings of happiness but is also very calming. It also harmonises and balances male/female energies. Northern Lights Black Spruce is very grounding and promotes deep relaxation which is what you want for bedtime. There is also another special fact about Ylang Ylang and it’s alluring romantic scent. It’s one of the libido oils we talk about in our classes. It increases libido in women and men tend to respond to the scent. These two oils are perfect together in the diffuser if you are needing to set a relaxing mood
