24.01.2022 Truly blessed to have been chosen to parent these two gorgeous souls. They truly are my teachers, guiding me through this journey called life. Recently, I had one of those days, you know, where you feel suffocated and overwhelmed because you're spreading yourself too thin. They helped me more than they'll ever know. Their strategies/advice made me super proud to be their mama. I realised how blessed I truly am. They sent me reiki, told me to sit under the moon to receive hea...ling, have a salt bath, write down my worries, cups of warm tea and loving hugs. Priceless. Sweeten yourself with lavender, rosemary, and chamomile. Hug yourself with the cocoa bean and a touch of cinnamon. Put love in tea instead of sugar, and take it looking at the stars. 17.01.2022 This beautiful Lady came my way and I just had to have her as part of my Reiki Room, my sacred space. It's been an amazing year. Yes lots of changes, but I have learnt so much through all these lessons and triggers. I have grown so much and am still blossoming into who I am meant to be, who I truly am, the authentic me. I'm a work in progress, a miracle in progress. I look back at all the lessons which I am now grateful for. I would not be where I am today without them.... 03.01.2022 My gorgeous boy doesn't share my passion for the beach, but today was different. Usually he would be super anxious and hanging off my shoulder waiting to go back to the car. The texture of the sand, the wind, the bright sun, the loud sound of the waves all contribute to his sensory sensitivities. Not today beautiful souls!! Today, he ran off towards the water and went for a walk on his own. I just stood back in total awe of what was happening and didn't want to interrupt th...e moment. He then ran back to me and yells "the water knows me!" His jeans were wet, awesome!!!! I was so excited that he saw the beach for what it is. He connected to the ocean, to God, and our beautiful Mother Earth. My beautiful boy connected. I can't wait to see what summer brings. Universe, what else is possible! 01.01.2022 Soulful Healing This name had 'some' meaning to me when I chose it but I did not realise where I was headed and what gifts this journey would unfold. During a reiki session, the client may receive a healing through a message from a loved one who has passed over. The beautiful soul who comes through receives a healing as well. Their energy becomes lighter because they have finally been given the opportunity to give their message of love.
