25.01.2022 Jeri, owned by Marie Appelbee. 3YO gelding, Wayne started him as a 2YO, in a halter, then a hackamore. He was turned out for Winter and is now in to be polished up. Today was his first day in a snaffle. Hes a very cool horse.

He's so talented that he is the perfect choice to sire your next Reining/Cutting/Cowhorse champion! Frozen semen will be available for the 2020 breeding season for $1500 stud fee plus a non refundable $500 booking fee. Chilled semen will also be available upon request, additional vet fees will be applicable.

22.01.2022 The beautiful Ayasha, QP Dun Gun It, stopping like a train at the RA Nationals. She came home Co Champion Novice Horse L1, with Waynes other horse Reysn Hope. Some penalties cost her dearly in her futurity, but her run was great. So proud of this mare and grateful to have had her in the WH Show team for the last two years.

17.01.2022 SARHA State Championship Show this weekend, Wayne showed Reysn Hope (TR Dual Rey x Chickasha Hope), 5yo stallion owned by ELR Syndicate, and scored 74 to win the Open title and high score of the show Thankyou to Reys owners for the honour of having your beautiful boy in our training program!

This was a $5000 added prize money event and is one of the premier Reining shows of the season. The horse he won on is our own quarter horse mare Little Flashy Rey. 02.01.2022 Our SARHA Mini Show, November 15th is the perfect place for you to practice your show pen and pattern skills for our judge Wayne Hinder under show conditions wh...ilst not being a sanctioned show. Even if you have never tried reining before, we have a class to suit including Beginner and Trotter right through to Open. We have also introduced a Rookie Professional class for our local trainers that may not have tried their hand at reining before (or recently) so now there is no reason not to give it a go.... Next year looks like being very exciting, filled with coaching, showing and a new format National show which is shaping up to be a must attend event. There is a MEMBERSHIP SPECIAL at the moment whereby if you join for this event, your membership will be valid til 31st Dec 2021! so join in, the atmosphere is welcoming and fun and there is always someone close by to answer questions or settle nerves :) Also, this is a great event for Youth riders to start out with our Short Stirrups classes and FREE entry (they are welcome to enter other classes as well). 01.01.2022 "There are other trainers that can train a horse a lot quicker than myself but I believe that my horses will last longer because they have been ridden consisten...tly, 6 days a week for almost 2 years. There are no short cuts in training a horse if you want your horse to be solid in the end. Knowing what kind of horse you are on is a very, very important thing in training a horse. By that I mean, you have to know what type of 'mind' your horse has when you start the training in order to be able to get your horse to reach it's highest potential. With a lazier horse youll have to push them harder to get one to realize what they are capable of doing, and on a feelier horse you'll have to be careful to not to get them worried, as they will quit learning. Based all of my years of experience, I can usually tell what kind of 'mind' the horse has in the first couple of rides, and I know No two horses are alike. I always try my best to keep an open mind every time I get on a new horse. There is nothing more rewarding to me than when I can feel that my horse is totally understanding what I want and they are giving me their all". See more
