14.01.2022 One common mistake I see when people add more vegetables to their diet is that they forget that they would always add spices herbs and other things to their meat to make it so why not the same with veggies?? Here’s an idea! Roasted chickpeas & cauliflower are amazing too! Spruce up your broccoli game Give this one a whirl... Warning: it’s spicy INGREDIENTS: 1 large broccoli 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp ground paprika 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper METHOD: 1Preheat oven to 200 deg celsius. 2Chop up broccoli into small pieces 3Add broccoli to a large bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil. 4Add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and ground paprika. 5Mix evenly and place on baking tray. 6Pop in oven for 20 minutes or until crisp, turning over halfway. 7Remove from the oven and serve.
