My physio qualifications were not recognised here and having a big family in Poland with lots of support and plenty of hands to help with kids I was worried I wouldnt be able to work and look after my girls. I do yoga on daily basis, swimm a lot and run. There is a lot of bike riding in this family too ... Very misleading concept is that if you are healthy and fit you dont need to have massages... I could never perform the way I do without regular massages. Excercises are the massive piece of my total equation but so is recovery. Sports and body maintenance massage increases range of motion and flexibility, decreases muscles tension and muscle spasms.
