15.05.2022 PIZZA OF THE MONTH: The 3 Piece Feed Picture this. It's a warm summer's night, none of that La Niña wet shit, I'm talking about a prime ADL evening. It's a perfect 29c with a slight breeze, the sunset is outstanding so naturally half of Adelaide's Instagram has posted it like none of us have eyes in our skulls, and the crew is ready for a sesh. The beveraginos begin to flow and before you know it the Cadbury of the crew is passed out on the shower floor. The evening ...rolls on and you haven't hit a single 9 legged multi despite getting a "hot tip" from a mate who swears he knows something, and then the slaps selfishly take the remaining of your nights money and what's left of your dignity - and because of Covid the gaming room doesn't even have any Monte Carlos out to make it all better. There's only one thing to do now. You whip out your phone and transfer money from your "savings - do not touch" account and call an Uber. You set the Uber trip to pull into somewhere special before heading home, somewhere that gives you a tiny slither of hope that consuming their food might ease your pending hangover... You pull into THE DIRTY BIRD This monster of a pizza combines our famous deep dish pizza with one of the most glorious fast food options on planet Earth. 18.02.2022 ALL OUR STAFF GET OUT OF ISO THIS WEEK AND THE DOORS REOPEN WEDNESDAY 5PM We are stoked to finally reopen but it's no secret that the CBD has been practically abandoned so creating hours for the staff is hard when we've lost so many bookings. Remy's is accessible from Rundle Place carpark, so you don't even have to walk through the mall. Use the Mall-side elevators and turn left once you're on ground floor, and you literally walk out to our laneway. Safe, sanitised, and... convenient. 15.01.2022 Happy New Year folks Thank you for all your support this year, especially since I began questioning the current governments heavy restrictions on hospitality in the last week or so. I'm not going to stop that fight and I am going to continue trying to get an opportunity to speak to the Marshall government, but for now I'm just focusing on the positives. ... Remy's is lucky enough to have a large outdoor area where we are restricted to only ("only" haha) 50% capacity rather than 25%, so we will still have a decent amount of out door seats. This should be enough to retain all of my staff and give them all enough hours to get by. We will have to scrap weekday lunches for the time being as everyone has been asked to work from home until late January. So going forward we will be open Wednesday - Friday 5pm till late, and Saturday & Sunday 12pm - late.
