24.01.2022 Hey guys it’s Sandra, just thought I’d share with you how I’ve been spending my time. Well pretty much all of August I spent time in my Las Vegas bubble dreaming of the 40 degree heat I should have been in . I spent my time furthering my education and skills skills with online training and baking up a storm I’m a little worried of putting my uniform back on unless Toni wants to consider tracksuit pants as a new uniform option I also added to my collection the best kind of friends to have that just listen although I was getting a little worried as they had started to answer back missing you all and can’t wait to see you all soon

21.01.2022 A LITTLE PICK ME UP What a crazy time we are all living in. Who would have thought we would ever be locked away in our homes unable to go out and do the things we love. That’s why its most important to give ourselves some self care and love at home. We know a lot of us are struggling with not being able to visit our skin specialists and our hair salons so why not create your own little spa day at home. Maybe start by putting a treatment in your hair and then giving yourself ...a home facial! Here are the steps to help you out with this:- PRODUCTS NEEDED 1.Your prescribed Ultraceuticals Cleanser 2.Ultra Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser 3.Even Skin Tone Smoothing Serum(This will intensify your exfoliation leaving your skin smoother and brighter) 4.Ultraceuticals mask -ULTRA REPLENISHING MASK normal to dry helps with dehydration -ULTRA ENERGISING MASK all skin types especially when your lacking that radiant glow -ULTRA CLEAR PURIFYING MASK oily congested skin 5.Ultra B2 Hydrating Serum 6.Your prescribed Ultraceuticals Moisturiser APPLICATION Start by double cleansing your skin then add 3 pumps of the even skin tone serum to about a 10 cent piece of the exfoliating gel cleanser mix together and proceed to massage into the skin avoiding the eye area for about 5 mins you can take this all the way down to your neck and decollate make sure you apply less pressure around the cheeks. Remove thoroughly by using a damp face cloth. Mix 3 pumps of the B2 hydrating serum into about a 20 cent piece of your mask and again apply all over the face avoiding the eye area this too can be massaged into the skin for up to 15mins this will just intensify the delivery of the mask or you can just pop a couple of chilled cucumber slices over your eyes and have a little 15min nap. Remove the mask and finish off with your Ultraceticals Moisturiser. Hopefully you give this a try and it will make you feel a little less stressed and a little more rejuvenated.
