25.01.2022 That’s a session I’ve not done before! An elated couple who were keen to document the announcement of their first baby. We did a gender reveal too, but I’ll keep that one under wraps until they’re ready to share. What’s your guess? ... Elle and Scott also wanted a few pics of just the two of them as they are now. We were hoping for a dreamy sunset but we got grey skies. It certainly didn’t dampen their spirits at all.

25.01.2022 Sometimes, the best made plans don’t work out! Aspen wasn’t keen on our photoshoot at all on Sunday so we took her home for a sleep and Anthony back to have his chance in front of the camera with Elise. We had about 20 mins with Aspen and the same with Anthony. Can you believe this gorgeous girl is 30 weeks pregnant with twins? She is absolutely stunning!

11.01.2022 A little bit of make-up fun today near Morpeth. It was really fun to design a look for each client based around their unique features and colourings. I have the best clients, I’m sure of it.

These two beautiful women (Carley and Jacinta) came along this afternoon on a whim, and danced their way around the CBD of Sydney to create these visuals. Images and make-up by yours truly. 09.01.2022 A little bit of makeup work this week. Hoping that I make women feel beautiful in their own skin, without hiding their features with heavy colour, contouring or cut-creases!

08.01.2022 The restrictions during Covid meant that I was unable to run my business for a while. Given that things have lifted, I’ve spent the last two weekends being a little busy. Today I got to meet and photograph Neave. Her parents, Britt and Dan have been long time clients of mine. I spent a couple of hours with them today just revelling in them as first time parents. ... Gee, I love this job of mine. Connecting with people and being able to document their story.

07.01.2022 Thank you to everyone that has contacted me to view and receive their images from our WZ Covid comps. My friends will tell you that they haven’t seen me for 2 weeks now because I’ve spent my spare time getting them edited and out to people as fast as I could. Couple into that, it was report time at work I’m glad to say that I’m caught up for now. Orders will close 27/11/20 for this year so that I can have a break over Christmas. If you have your images and have forgotten... to make your payment, please see this as a reminder. If any of my WZ physie clubs on here see this, please post this to your club pages so that your members know the cut off date. The feedback has been wonderful and that makes my heart happy. 07.01.2022 Like everywhere else in the world, things have been quiet here. Isolation gave us all time to reconnect at home, clean out and clarify what’s important, moving forward. Families with newborns have been waiting for the easing of restrictions so that I could document this moment in time for them. I’m so pleased I could do that today for these two families. One of the most special things this job does, is it allows me to be part of people’s lives for their love and life story.... Both families, I’ve been privileged to witness engagements, weddings and newborns. I truly feel like I’m part of their family and revel in the love they share. See more

06.01.2022 I hope you've had a beautiful Christmas time with loved ones. We've been on a short family getaway that lasted longer than we'd originally planned. As part of my gift to Elise, I snapped these of her, Anthony and Aspen. Looking more like a shoot for a magazine, than a family shoot! Parenthood has never looked so good.

04.01.2022 Correct make-up application makes such a huge difference to a headshot. This lovely lady is a friend of a friend and was gifted a voucher to use for today. I’m pretty happy with what we achieved. Which shot do you prefer?

04.01.2022 Happy anniversary Naomi and Ryan. Two children into this ride of life now and as happy as ever. This was my first wedding I ever photographed. Crazy to think it was 6 years ago. Thankfully my buddy Kylie Carson shot it with me and we bounced off each other all day and night. How far we’ve come.

02.01.2022 Simple and natural is always beautiful. Lani is off to her Year 10 formal wearing a gown her mum wore to a special event many years ago. How special.

02.01.2022 Families in all their shapes and sizes, differing stages and phases. It doesn’t matter what format your ‘family’ takes, document it... now! I’m pretty sure these guys are happy they did that just yesterday.

We’ve so looked forward to this break. Can you tell? No make-up for a week. Might not even wash my hair. The boys won’t, that’s for sure. Catch you all when we’re back.
