16.01.2022 I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to have an Enduring Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship in place. You do not want to be left obtaining a doctor's report and applying to the NCAT Guardianship Division to appoint an attorney or guardian for your partner or parents in order to manage their property and health because they no longer have the mental capacity.
